The radio station has decided to work with the FORUM IP digital audio console

All India Radio is India's public broadcaster, founded in 1926, with 420 stations across the country generating programmes in 23 languages and 179 different dialects, broadcast on FM, AM, satellite and online.

With a population of over 500,000 people, Nellore is one of the most important cities in the state of Andhra Pradesh, where its public broadcaster leads in all time slots in the audience ranking for news.

AIR's technical management in the city of Nellore has selected the AEQ FORUM IP digital audio console as the heart of the installation, for its simplicity of operation and robustness of maintenance.

AEQ FORUM IP is a mixing console designed for ONAIR emission control. It incorporates all the basic features necessary in this type of environment: automatic monitor cut-off, cough cut-off, faderstart, signalling control, control signals for the automation of external equipment, external communications management, intercommunication, etc. With its modular design and small size, AEQ FORUM IP adapts perfectly to different scenarios: self-control, control-locutory, television production controls, sound production, mixed configurations, integration in large installations, etc.
